The following services are covered:     (Updated: 05/16/2007)

Standard timetable of services: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Onsite service. (If situation cannot be rectified over the telephone.)

Unlimited telephone support (Support pertaining to problems, errors, or questions. Training not included.)

Labor included (Includes all labor to fix ABS software errors.)

UPDATES are free. (Program updates to fix known problems in applications.)

UPGRADES at reduced cost. (Enhancements to applications. ABS software is constantly being modified to improve functionality, efficiency, integrity, and relevance of the data.)

Software under contract receives priority service over non-contracted software.

Reduced fees for printing W2’s.

Reduced fees for training.

 

Services not covered:

Modifications or enhancements to software at customer’s request.

Training on ABS software. (Reduced fees apply)

Support for Third Party Software. (ex: Excel, Word, Outlook)

Adding users or hardware to system.

Moving users or hardware around on system.

 

Situations causing services not to be covered:

User caused problems or errors, abuse by users.

Hardware or software, not under contract, causing the problem. (Especially, in a networking environment)

Attempting to maintain software or hardware yourself.

Not calling ABS on the initial error. (It’s easier to fix the problem when it first occurs.)

Getting out of an error situation. (It’s easier to fix the problem while still within it.)

Running the same application again after an error has occurred. (Compounds the error.)

ABS must be notified on every error. (We strive to make our applications error free)

"Acts of God" such as lightning and flooding.

Vandalism, fire, power outages and fluctuations.

Computer viruses, Worms, etc.

Accidental or intentional damage.

Any situation out of the realm of "NORMAL OPERATIONS" OR "NORMAL USAGE".

 

Payment is required PRIOR to the beginning of the contract period. (By the 1st of each month)

Customer’s account MUST BE CURRENT before service is rendered.
